Editing Orders

Plant Partner^tm provides powerful editing capabilities to keep up with the enormous amount of changes you must respond to. Changes can be made to one item on an order at a time or several items at once.

Changes can even be made to several orders at once with our Multiple Order Change function.

Quickly find the order you want to edit by order number, purchase order number, ship to location or bill to location.

• Price - When you sell an item, the customer's price for this item automatically displays. You can always change it on this order. Plant Partner^tm can calculate your average price for an item over any period of time.
• Packaging - Change the package type or count as needed. This is ideal for pot growers who must manage various package configurations and variable plant heights.
• Repeat Item - Sell the same item for different prices or in different package configurations on the same order.
• Discounts - Give a percentage discount on specific items or the entire order.
• Delivery Charges - Adjust delivery charges as necessary.
• Could Have Sold - When a requested item is unavailable, record this quantity as "could have sold". Tracking which varieties were in the greatest demand will help you plan for next year.
• Value Added Codes - Add extras such as pot covers to an order and incorporate their value into the item price.
• Shipping Address - Change the shipping address to deliver to a customer's job sites.
• Billing Company - Change the billing company to accommodate broker sales.
• Item Substitution - When a sudden shortage occurs, make an automatic substitution to affected orders.
