Inventory Reports
Plant Partnertm provides a wide selection
of reports, essential to keeping informed and making critical
decisions. The data on all reports can be limited to a particular
focus. All reports can be previewed on screen.
- Availability for Multiple Locations -
Inquire about any ship date and Plant Partnertm
will show you the quantity of each product available out
of each location.
- Availability Summary - Inquire about any
ship date and Plant Partnertm will
show you the total quantity of each product available for
all locations.
- Six Week Availability - Shows you
forecasted quantity, on hand quantity, committed quantity
and available quantity for six weeks out from any
selected date.
- Season Summary - For any date range,
review forecasted quantity, actual planted quantity,
quantity sold, percentage sold, quantity shipped, and
quantity you could have sold if you had product
available.
- Inventory On Hand - Shows you all the
activity to your crops since your last physical count. It
includes starting quantity, purchases, wasted quantity,
changes due to early or late ready dates, changes to
location, shipped quantity and resulting on hand
quantity.
- Inventory Adjustments - Every adjustment
you make to inventory is recorded for auditing purposes.
This report audits crops to identify any mistakes made
when adjusting inventory.
