Printing Documents

Plant Partner^tm prints all the documents growers need to process customer orders. You can print acknowledgements, bills of lading, invoices, labels and pull lists. Print for one order at a time or batch print for all the orders shipping on a certain date. If you are sending documents with the driver, print for each vechicle in order of drop off.

• Plant Partner^tm provides many customer specific document settings. Create special document and label layouts for specific customers. Some customers can receive summarized documents (by size) while others receive documents detailing each item. Sort a customer's documents by SKU number, UPC number or item description. When you batch print for a group of orders, each customer will receive exactly what they need.
• Master pull lists summarize all the product you need to pull to a staging area to then divide into specific orders.
• Plant Partner^tm automatically calculates the correct number of shipping labels you need for each order.
• Use our label designer to create customized shipping labels.
• Plant Partner keeps track of the documents you have already printed so you can exclude previously printed orders during batch printing.
